Job Description
  •  Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Prepare, review, and approve project designs, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Identify potential technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
  • Supervise junior engineers, technicians, and site staff.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, regulatory standards, and project specifications.
  • Assist in procurement of materials and verify quality and quantity at site.
  • Manage structural calculations, quantity estimation, and cost analysis.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and project reports.

Requirements

Education: Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Experience: More than 4 years

Skills: • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other relevant software. • Excellent leadership, technical, and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. • Proven ability to manage interactions with local representatives, ensuring smooth project execution
